Fighter Wing Skrydstrup will host a Spotters’ Day arrangement on Saturday June 5th 2010.

The Spotters' Day is now fully booked so registration is hereby closed.
The Spotters’ Day arrangement is reserved for a limited number of aircraft spotters, who will get an exclusive chance to see and photograph the aircraft participating in Air show 2010 under slightly different conditions than on the Air show day itself.
The Spotters’ Day arrangement is expected to take place within 0900 – 1600 hours according to the following tentative schedule:

The number of participants is limited to 200. It is expected that the ticket cost will be 100 DKr. The ticket cost covers food and beverage tickets for the Spotters’ Day. Foreign currencies are not accepted.

It is important that you fill out your application correctly (copy and paste the box above in your application e-mail). Your application has not been registered and accepted before your receive an individual confirmation e-mail from the Spotters’ Day arrangement staff.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Instructions from the Spotters’ Day staff and military helpers have to be followed.
2. Fences, signs and restrictions given from any soldier at the airbase have to be followed – any kind of contravention will lead to immediate exclusion.
3. Fighter Wing Skrydstrup reserves the right to refuse admission and expel people if the rules and regulations are violated.
4. No entry to areas except for the ones appointed by the Spotters’ Day staff.
5. Kids under 12 years of age cannot participate in the Spotters’ Day arrangement.
6. We do provide disabled parking and transport during the Spotters’ Day arrangement.
7. Animals, ladders, chairs and folding chairs, wind breakers, tents and umbrellas are not permitted to the base.
8. Smoking is only allowed outside in holding areas due to risk of fire.
9. Photo ID (passport) and confirmation e-mail must be shown upon arrival to Fighter Wing Skrydstrup.
10. Payment for the Spotters’ Day arrangement must be cash (Danish Kroner). Credit cards are not accepted on the airbase.
11. Entry through the specified access point only (to be announced).
